About Laminon

Founded in 1976 by the Watkins family, supplying projects across the UK, and is proudly headed up by 2nd and 3rd generation family today. Our mission is simple: Helping screeders and UFH specialists to save time, increase quality, and decrease hassle on their projects with Laminon being easily accessible UK-wide.

WHERE IT STARTED

We were approached around 2004 to provide a specialist printed material for use within the underfloor heating market to allow accurate marketing and measurement of the floor to allow even distribution of the pipes to help gain a consistent temperature. This included bonding the material to a polystyrene board.

 This meant that our materials were used in a manufacturing process as part of a laminated finished product which changed us from a supplier of lose lay materials to suppling producers. Utilising our existing network of suppliers this opened up a whole new market where we could expand our market coverage in to the industrial sector which required stricter quality controls but far more consistency and opportunity to scale and forecast better.
